The WM-Static balance valve series is a kind of regulating valve with special functions. It has good flow characteristics, can rationally allocate the flow, achieve quantitative flow, and can effectively solve the problem of uneven room temperature in the heating (air conditioning) system. As this valve is equipped with an opening degree indicator, an opening degree locking device and the total water volume for flow measurement is controlled within a reasonable range, it overcomes the unreasonable phenomenon of "large flow and small temperature difference". This product is an ideal one in the heating system. The WM-Static balance valve series can be installed on both the supply pipe and the return pipe. Generally, we recommend installing it on the return pipe. Especially for high-temperature loops, for the convenience of debugging, it is even more necessary to install it on the return pipe. The supply (return) pipe with a balance valve installed does not need to be equipped with a stop valve.

It adopts a new type of "O" ring sealing structure, which not only ensures good sealing without leakage, but also makes the handle rotate easily and freely when adjusting the valve.

2. The adoption of inclined valve cores and valve stems enables the fluid inside the valve to flow more smoothly than that of vertical valve cores and valve stems, resulting in better performance.

3. The valve stem adopts a screw sleeve structure, which increases the valve opening. The valve stem does not rise, thus greatly reducing the installation space.

4. The valve opening degree is displayed in digital form, making the opening degree indication more accurate, intuitive and clear.

5. The valve body structure is designed through computer simulation, which not only ensures the strength of the valve body but also reduces the overall weight of the valve by nearly 30%, facilitating installation and transportation.

6. The valve body of the balance valve is formed by hot forging process, which significantly improves the mechanical performance. The surface is smooth and clean, and the appearance is exquisite and beautiful.

7. The valve core, valve stem, locking stem and other key components are all made of brass, significantly enhancing mechanical performance and service life.

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
