The Q341F-2205 duplex steel worm gear flange ball valve has a diameter of DN15-DN600 and a pressure of 1.6MPa-16.0MPa. The Q341F-2205 duplex steel worm gear flange ball valve has both floating balls (model) and fixed balls (model Q347F). It is widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, water treatment, desulfurization, and seawater desalination. The Q341F-2205 duplex steel worm gear flange ball valve features seats made of materials such as PTFE, RPTFE, PPL, and PEEK, which offer excellent corrosion resistance and self-lubrication. It has a low friction coefficient with the ball, a long service life, reliable sealing, and zero leakage when closed. The valve stem rotates without lifting, so the packing seal of the valve stem is durable.

The Q341F-2205 duplex steel worm gear flange ball valve can be designed with anti-static features. Springs are set between the ball, valve stem and valve body to discharge the static electricity generated during the opening and closing process.

Duplex stainless steel is a type of stainless steel in which the ferrite phase and austenite phase each account for half in its solid-quenched structure, and generally, the content of the minority phase should also reach 30%. Duplex stainless steel is formed by increasing the Cr content or adding other ferritic elements on the basis of 18-8 austenitic stainless steel. It not only has a bidirectional structure of austenite and ferriite, but also saves Ni alloy.

Duplex stainless steel combines the advantages of ferritic stainless steel and austenitic stainless steel. The presence of austenite reduces the brittleness of high-Cr ferrite and the tendency of crystal growth, while maintaining excellent toughness and weldability. The presence of ferrite enhances the yield strength of austenite, its resistance to intergranular corrosion and its resistance to chloride stress corrosion.

Duplex steel has excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking, local corrosion, fatigue corrosion and wear, especially in environments containing chloride ions.
