Structural characteristics

The valve seat is equipped with an automatic wear compensation device, which more reliably ensures the sealing performance of the ball valve.

2. The sealing ring is made of special materials and features high temperature resistance, wear resistance and a long service life.

3. According to customer requirements, the ash discharge ball valve can be designed with an anti-static structure. Conductive springs are set between the ball and the valve stem, as well as between the valve stem and the valve body, to prevent static sparks from igniting flammable substances and ensure system safety.

Structural principle

Valve body + valve stem + valve cover + ball + bracket + bottom cover shaft + pneumatic actuator

It is composed of the intersection of a cylinder and a sphere. The valve stem is a cylinder, which is set inside the valve body and fitted onto a sphere. The ball is arranged in the valve body, supported by the valve stem and a bottom cover shaft, and rotates 90° to form a sealing pair with the valve seat. The valve cover is composed of multiple cylinders and hemispheres, and is connected to the valve body by bolts. The bracket is a square component to support a pneumatic actuator. The bottom cover shaft is a multi-cylinder body and is connected to the valve body by bolts. The pneumatic actuator is connected to the bracket to drive the valve stem and achieve the opening and closing of the valve. It has the advantages of withstanding the erosion of pulverized coal medium and improving the service life of the valve.
