The fully welded ball valve with filtration adopts an integral fully welded type, and there will be no leakage at all. The integrated structure design of the filter screen and the sphere integrates the filtration function and the fluid control function into one. The filter screen is designed in a bevel type to ensure the normal passage state of the fluid medium. It is designed with a pressure relief device to adjust the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the valve body. The principle is to combine the filtration equipment of the pipeline and the valve equipment into one, integrating the pipeline filtration function and the control and regulation function, so that the impurities in the medium are filtered at the front end of the pipeline, thereby meeting the design requirements of the pipeline. It is used on pipelines with strict requirements for the cleanliness of media in the transportation of natural gas, water and other media.
