Product Description: The Q11F three-piece internal thread connection ball valve and butt-weld connection ball valve are classified into integral type (one-piece type), two-piece type and three-piece type. The valve body casting adopts the advanced technology introduced from Taiwan, with a reasonable structure and beautiful shape. The valve seat adopts an elastic sealing structure, which ensures reliable sealing and easy opening and closing. The valve stem adopts a bottom-mounted structure with an inverted seal. When the valve cavity abnormally increases in pressure, the valve stem will not be pushed out. The connection forms of two-piece and three-piece ball valves also include butt welding (BW) and socket welding (SW), and all can be equipped with international standard ISO support platforms and locking devices. Structural features:

7. It has a wide range of applications, with diameters ranging from a few millimeters to several meters, and can be used from high vacuum to high pressure.

Application scope: The Q11F three-piece internal thread ball valve and butt-welded ball valve are suitable for pipelines with a pressure range of PN1.0 to 4.0MPa and a working temperature range of -29 to 180℃(with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring) or -29 to 300℃(with polystyrene sealing ring), and are used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By choosing different materials, it can be respectively applied to various media such as water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, acetic acid, etc.
