The Q71F16P wafer type ball valve is suitable for various pipelines with Class150, PN1.0 ~ 2.5MPa, and working temperatures of 29~180℃(with reinforced polytetrafluoroethylene sealing ring) or 29~300℃(with polystyrene sealing ring). It is used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By choosing different materials, it can be respectively applied to various media such as water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, urea, etc.

Structural principle

A valve in which the opening and closing part ball is driven by the valve stem and rotates around the axis of the ball valve. It can also be used for the regulation and control of fluids. Among them, the hard-sealed V-type ball valve has a strong shearing force between its V-shaped ball core and the metal valve seat welded with hard alloy, making it particularly suitable for media containing fibers, tiny solid particles, etc. The multi-way ball valve on the pipeline can not only flexibly control the confluence, diversion and flow direction switching of the medium, but also close one channel to connect the other two channels. This type of valve should generally be installed horizontally in the pipeline. Ball valves are classified by their driving methods into pneumatic ball valves, electric ball valves and manual ball valves.
