The small-diameter lockable fully welded ball valve is a fully welded ball valve with anti-theft function, which can be widely used in oil supply, heating or water supply pipelines. The anti-theft function is very powerful. At present, the phenomenon of stealing valve fittings, stealing oil and water, and underpaying heating and water supply fees in oil supply, heating and water supply pipelines is becoming increasingly serious. Especially in oil supply pipelines, the theft of crude oil is almost crazy. At present, the anti-theft effect of various anti-theft valves on the market is not very ideal. The main reason is that the overall anti-theft effect does not meet the requirements. The top of the valve body has no anti-theft function, the middle position of the valve body is fixed by screws, and the valve and the pipeline are connected by bolts. These places are mostly the loopholes and defects of the valves and pipelines on the existing pipelines. Most of these are places where thieves can carry out thefts simply by mixing their hands with ordinary screws. They can steal crude oil very easily. This anti-theft fully welded ball valve consists of a valve body and a valve stem designed inside the valve body. The upper part of the valve body is provided with a valve cover, and the upper part of the valve stem is provided with an anti-theft lock. The upper end of the anti-theft lock is provided with a moisture-proof and rust-proof rubber ring, and there is also a top iron cover on the upper part. The purpose is to prevent dirt from falling into the anti-theft lock and the dampness of the ground from corroding the anti-theft lock. Additionally, the middle position of the valve body is hinged by threads and directly welded by electric welding, making the valve as a whole achieve an anti-theft effect.

Structural features of small-diameter lockable fully welded ball valve:

The valve body structure is integrally welded, and there will be no external leakage phenomenon.

2. The valve seat is composed of a PTFE sealing ring and a spring, which has a strong adaptability to changes in pressure and temperature and will not cause any leakage within the usage range.

3. The anti-leakage structure of the valve stem: At the bottom of the valve stem, there is one PTFE self-sealing gasket and one O-ring, and above it, there are two O-rings and two PTFE gaskets, ensuring no leakage.

4. The valve body material is the same as that of the pipeline, so there will be no uneven stress, nor will it deform due to earthquakes or the squeezing of vehicles passing over the ground. The pipeline is resistant to aging.

5. The valve body is light and easy to insulate.
