Product Introduction: Insulated jacketed Wedge Gate Valve: Manual, flange connection, exposed stem wedge rigid single gate plate. The sealing surface material of the valve seat is alloy and stainless steel. Nominal pressure PN16~PN40. The valve body material is carbon steel, chromium-nickel-titanium stainless steel, and chromium-nickel-molybdenum-titanium stainless steel. It is a gate valve with insulation function. Insulated gate valves (insulated jacketed gate valves) are mainly used in various systems such as petroleum, chemical engineering, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals to transport high-viscosity media that solidify at normal temperature. It is applicable to pipelines with nominal pressure PN1.0~10.0MPa, Class150~600, JIS10K~20K, and working temperature -29~425℃ (carbon steel) and -40~500℃ (stainless steel) for opening and closing, and can also keep warm and prevent the crystallization of the medium.

Product Features:

The jacket welding is installed between the two flanges of the valve, and the connection ports of the jacket are provided on the side and bottom of the valve.

The size of the connection flange is one to two specifications larger than that of the connection flange of the same specification of ordinary valves, and the structural length is the same as that of the same specification of ordinary valves.

Steam or other thermal insulation media can flow freely through the 3 jackets, ensuring that viscous media can flow smoothly through the valve.
