The PZ73H- manual extended stem knife gate valve is suitable for pipelines carrying suspended particles, fibrous materials such as pulp, sewage, coal slurry, ash and cement mixtures, etc. It cuts off these media by means of a knife-shaped gate that can cut fibrous materials. The valve body actually has no chamber. The gate rises and falls in the side guide groove and is tightly pressed against the valve seat by the lugs at the bottom. If a higher medium sealing performance is required, an O-shaped sealing valve seat can be selected to achieve bidirectional sealing. Applicable media: pulp, wood pulp, fiber, dust, sedimentation tank, mineral sand, slag, coal slime, asphalt, silo outlet, grain, cement slurry, slaughterhouse wastewater, etc

Packing of Standard Packing: 

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
