(1) Replace the lift needle valve disc spring.

(2) Repair or replace the valve stem or ejector stem.

(3) Grinding or replacing the sealing surface.

(4) Replace the film or piston ring regularly.

(5) Clean the control channel and set the filter in front of the valve.

(6) Select several lifting needle valve, should ensure that the feed and outlet pressure difference is greater than 0.15MPa, outlet pressure should be less than half of the inlet pressure.

The lifting stem needle valve is suitable for the pipeline system of catalytic cracking unit in refining plant.

The gas flow pipe of the needle valve is provided with a small orifice, and the conduction rate of the flow path can be continuously changed by adjusting the distance between the needle sealing shaft and the orifice, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the gas flow.
