### **1.0 Product Overview**
**Alloy 800HT Plate** (commercially known as **Incoloy 800HT Plate**, UNS **N08811**) is a premium nickel-iron-chromium superalloy plate product engineered for extreme temperature applications requiring exceptional creep rupture strength and oxidation resistance. With enhanced chemistry featuring controlled carbon content (0.06–0.10%) and elevated aluminum+titanium (Al + Ti ≥ 1.20%), this alloy delivers superior performance at temperatures up to 815°C (1500°F). The plate form is specifically designed for fabrication into pressure vessels, heat treatment fixtures, and structural components in aggressive thermal environments.
