### **1.0 Product Overview**
**Alloy 800HT Wire** (commercially known as **Incoloy 800HT Wire**, UNS **N08811**) is a high-performance nickel-iron-chromium superalloy wire product engineered for extreme temperature applications requiring exceptional creep resistance, oxidation stability, and fabricability. With enhanced chemistry featuring controlled carbon content (0.06–0.10%) and elevated aluminum+titanium (Al + Ti ≥ 1.20%), this alloy delivers superior performance at temperatures up to 815°C (1500°F). Available in spools, coils, or straight lengths, this wire is ideal for welding, weaving, fasteners, and structural components in demanding thermal environments.
