        ### **Technical Data Sheet: Alloy 25 / L605 / Haynes 25 Forgings (UNS R30605)**
**Premium Quality High-Temperature Forged Components**
---
#### **1. Overview**
**Alloy 25 Forgings** (commercially known as **Haynes 25**, **L605**, or **UNS R30605**) represent the highest quality wrought product form of this cobalt-chromium-tungsten-nickel superalloy. Through controlled thermomechanical forging processes, these components achieve superior mechanical properties, refined grain structure, and optimized material integrity for the most demanding high-temperature applications.
The forging process enhances the alloy's inherent characteristics, providing improved fatigue resistance, better structural reliability, and elimination of casting defects. This makes L605 forgings the preferred choice for critical rotating components, structural supports, and safety-critical parts in aerospace, power generation, and industrial applications where failure is not an option.
