        **Technical Data Sheet: Alloy 230 / Haynes 230 / UNS N06230**
**Nickel-Chromium-Tungsten-Molybdenum Superalloy**
---
### **1. Product Overview**
Alloy 230 (commercially known as **Haynes 230**, UNS N06230) is a nickel-chromium-tungsten-molybdenum superalloy designed for high-temperature service up to **1200°C (2192°F)**. It combines exceptional high-temperature strength, outstanding oxidation resistance, excellent long-term thermal stability, and good fabrication characteristics. The alloy is strengthened by a combination of solid solution hardening and carbide precipitation, making it suitable for the most demanding high-temperature applications.
