        ### **Technical Data Sheet: Alloy 230 / Haynes 230 Forgings / UNS N06230**
**Nickel-Chromium-Tungsten-Molybdenum Superalloy Forgings**
---
#### **1. Product Overview**
**Alloy 230 Forgings** (commercially known as **Haynes 230 Forgings**, UNS N06230) are manufactured through controlled thermomechanical processes that optimize the microstructure and mechanical properties of this nickel-based superalloy. The forging process enhances grain structure, eliminates porosity, and improves directional strength, resulting in components with superior performance at temperatures up to **1200°C (2192°F)**.
