**Product Introduction: Alloy 903 / Incoloy 903 Pipe (UNS N19903)**
**Overview**
Incoloy 903 pipe is a low thermal expansion superalloy product form specifically designed for applications requiring dimensional stability under thermal cycling conditions. This nickel-iron-cobalt alloy maintains nearly constant dimensions across a wide temperature range while providing high strength and excellent fatigue resistance. The pipe form is particularly suitable for high-precision fluid and gas handling systems where thermal expansion must be minimized to maintain system integrity and performance.
**Key Characteristics**
* **Controlled Low Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (CTE)**
* **High Strength at Elevated Temperatures**
* **Excellent Fatigue and Creep Resistance**
* **Good Corrosion Resistance in Selected Environments**
* **Age-Hardenable for Enhanced Mechanical Properties**
* **Maintains Properties from Cryogenic to Moderate High Temperatures**
