Product Details
Youdaoplaceholder0 Sanitary grade filtering respirator is a gas exchange device specifically designed for high hygiene requirements such as the pharmaceutical and food industries. Its main function is to ensure that the gas inside the tank is isolated from the outside world to prevent the entry of contaminants, while ensuring the smooth discharge of gas. Sanitary grade filtering respirators are usually made of stainless steel, have no dead corners, are easy to clean, and can be polished to 0.3 microns precision
Characteristics
High-efficiency filtration function
By taking advantage of the filtration principle of the micro-pore filter, the entry of dust particles from the external air can be effectively prevented. This filtration method ensures that only clean air can enter the storage tank, providing a clean environment for the products inside the tank.
High-quality shell material
The shell material adopts imported 316L or 304 stainless steel. These two materials have outstanding corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of various chemical substances. They can maintain good performance under different chemical environments and climatic conditions, ensuring the long-term stable use of the respirator.
Fine inner surface treatment
The inner surface has undergone polishing treatment, with a surface roughness Ra≤0.2μm. This ultra-smooth inner surface not only reduces the adhesion of impurities, but also is easy to clean and prevents the growth of bacteria. In industries with strict hygiene requirements, this fine surface treatment is crucial for ensuring product quality.
Multiple flux options
There are multiple options for flux, such as 0.75m³/min, 1.5m³/min, and 3m³/min. Users can select a respirator with an appropriate flux based on the actual situation such as the size of the storage tank and the flow rate of the liquid in and out to meet different ventilation requirements.
Adapt the interface size and method
The interface size is 1"-2", that is, DN25 - DN50, and it provides interface methods such as clamp type and flange type. This design enables the respirator to be conveniently matched with the interfaces of various storage tanks. Whether it is a newly built storage tank system or a renovation of an existing one, it can be easily installed, enhancing the universality and adaptability of the product.
Application field
Sanitary grade filtering respirators are mainly applied in various storage tank systems. In industries such as food, beverages, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals, when the liquid level in a storage tank drops, external air will be drawn into the tank. If there are no effective filtration measures, dust particles and other impurities in the air will enter along with them, thereby contaminating the products inside the tank. This respirator can effectively solve this problem, ensuring the cleanliness of the air entering the tank, maintaining the quality and purity of the product, and guaranteeing the production safety and product quality of these industries with extremely high hygiene requirements.
Packing of Standard Packing:
Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request. E FORUs’ is carefully handled to minimize damage during storage and transportation and to preserve the quality of our products in their original condition.
