Structural characteristics
The valve body structure of the ash discharge ball valve is divided into two types: two-piece type and three-piece type.

Working principle
The hydraulic ash discharge ball valve has the same 90-degree rotation lifting action. The difference is that the plug body is a sphere with a circular through hole or channel passing through its axis. The ratio of the spherical surface to the channel opening should be like this: that is, when the ball rotates 90 degrees, the entire spherical surface should be presented at the inlet and outlet, thereby cutting off the flow.
