The nickel material ball valve has a spherical opening and closing part, which is driven by the valve stem to rotate around the axis of the ball valve. Ball valves are mainly used in pipelines to cut off, distribute and change the flow direction of the medium. It is widely used as a shut-off/connection valve in corrosive pipelines of petrochemical industry. The ball is floating. Under the action of medium pressure, the ball can produce a certain displacement and tightly press against the sealing surface at the outlet end to ensure the sealing at the outlet end. The floating ball valve has a simple structure and good sealing performance.

Structural principle

It can be tightly closed with just a 90-degree rotation operation and a very small torque. The completely equal inner cavity of the valve body provides a straight-through flow path with very little resistance for the medium. The main feature of ball valves is their compact structure, which makes them easy to operate and maintain
