Pneumatic ball valves with manual operation are used to cut off or connect the medium in pipelines. By choosing different materials, pneumatic ball valves can be respectively applied to various media such as water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, acetic acid, oxidizing media, and urea. Pneumatic flanged ball valves can be widely applied in the automatic control systems of industrial sectors such as papermaking, petrochemical, chemical, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, petroleum, and light industry.

Advantages

The fluid resistance is small. Ball valves are one of the types of valves with low fluid resistance. Even for reduced-bore ball valves, their fluid resistance is quite small.

2. The thrust bearing reduces the frictional torque of the valve stem, enabling the valve stem to operate smoothly and flexibly for a long time.

3. The valve seat has excellent sealing performance. The sealing ring made of elastic materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene is easy to seal. Moreover, the sealing capacity of the ball valve increases with the rise of the medium pressure.

4. The valve stem seal is reliable. As the valve stem only rotates and does not move up and down, the packing seal of the valve stem is not easily damaged, and the sealing capacity increases with the increase of the medium pressure.

5. Due to the excellent self-lubricating properties of materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, the friction loss with the ball is small, thus the service life of the ball valve is long.

6. The bottom-mounted valve stem and the protruding steps at the head of the valve stem prevent the valve stem from erupting. In case of fire causing damage to the valve stem seal, the protruding steps can still form a metal contact with the valve body to ensure the valve stem seal.

7. Anti-static function: A spring is set between the ball, the valve stem and the valve body to discharge the static electricity generated during the opening and closing process.

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 470 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
