The turbine three-piece fixed American standard ball valve is suitable for various pipelines ranging from Class150 to Class1500, PN16 to PN100, and JIS 10K to JIS 20K.

Applicable temperature: -196 to 350℃, used for cutting off or connecting the medium in pipelines

Structural characteristics

Fixed ball valves are suitable for long-distance pipelines and general industrial pipelines. Special considerations have been made in the design for their strength, safety, and resistance to harsh environments. They are applicable to media with weak corrosiveness and non-corrosiveness. Compared with floating ball valves, when in operation, the force generated by the fluid pressure in front of the valve on the ball is transmitted to the bearing, which will not cause the ball to move towards the valve seat. Therefore, the valve seat deformation is small, the sealing performance is stable, and the service life is long. It is suitable for high-pressure and large-diameter applications.

The spring and valve seat assembly, with self-tightening characteristics, achieves upstream sealing. Each valve has two valve seats and can seal in each direction, so there is no flow restriction during installation and it is bidirectional. This valve has two valve body structures: two-piece and three-piece. The middle flange is connected by bolts. The sealing enhanced polytetrafluoroethylene is embedded in the stainless steel ring. A spring is set at the rear of the steel ring to ensure that the valve seat is in close contact with the ball and guarantee sealing. Both the upper and lower valve stems are equipped with PTFE bearings to reduce friction and make operation effortless. There is no adjusting plate at the bottom of the small shaft to ensure the contact position between the ball and the sealing ring. The full-bore structure makes the valve flow hole equal to the inner diameter of the pipeline, facilitating pipeline cleaning.
