This series of products is an extension of fluorine-lined ball valves, designed for the opening and closing control of various highly corrosive media. The flanges at both ends of the valve are of different sizes, with one end being a standard flange and the other end being a flange that matches the discharge hole at the bottom of the reaction vessel. They can be conveniently connected to the bottom of the reaction vessel. Its structural form is floating through type, and the connection form is flange. The valve shell is made of carbon steel lined with fluoroplastic, and the valve ball is manufactured by the process of an integrated metal insert with the valve stem wrapped with fluoroplastic. It features good corrosion resistance and sealing performance, flexible opening and closing, fast speed, beautiful appearance, high strength and long service life. It is the most widely used corrosion-resistant valve in modern chemical process flows.

The application of fluorine-lined discharge ball valves

The Q41F-F series fluorine-lined discharge ball valve adopts fluoroplastic lining technology. The valve body is precisely cast by investment casting, featuring high strength and smooth appearance. All the flow-through components in contact with the liquid are made of fluoroplastic. Therefore, it can be used for a long time in pipelines and lines with any concentration of corrosive substances within the temperature range of -50℃ to 180℃.

The working principle of fluorine-lined discharge ball valve

The working principle of the Q41F-F series fluorine-lined discharge valve is to make the valve unobstructed or closed by rotating the valve disc. The valve disc and the inner side of the valve body are all made by fluoroplastic lining process. It has the advantages of easy opening and closing, small volume, reliable sealing, simple structure, convenient maintenance and wide application range.

Design features of fluorine-lined discharge ball valve

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities.
