The pneumatic flanged fluorine-lined ball valve features an O-shaped floating ball structure. Its function is to cut off the fluid. The inner wall of the valve body in contact with the fluid and the components inside the valve are all covered with a layer of anti-corrosion materials such as perfluoroethylenepropylene F46 and soluble polytetrafluoroethylene PFA through high-temperature molding and fluorine-lined plastic process. It can completely cut off the contact between corrosive media and the valve body shell. It has good sealing performance and sensitive action. The fluid channel is linear, with a large flow capacity. When used in conjunction with solenoid valves and control boxes, it can achieve on-off control. Fluorine-lined ball valves are widely used in the control of strongly corrosive media such as acids, alkalis and salts.
