Alloy S Foil and Shim, commercially known as **Hastelloy® S**, are ultra-thin gauge forms of the nickel-chromium-molybdenum superalloy UNS N06635. These products are engineered for applications requiring minimal thickness, exceptional high-temperature stability, and superior oxidation resistance. The foil (typically <0.1 mm) and shim (0.1–1.0 mm) forms provide flexible, precision solutions for thermal management, sealing, and spacing in extreme environments up to 1200°C (2200°F).

Typical bulk packaging includes palletized plastic 5 gallon/25 kg. pails, fiber and steel drums to 1 ton super sacks in full container (FCL) or truck load (T/L) quantities. Research and sample quantities and hygroscopic, oxidizing or other air sensitive materials may be packaged under argon or vacuum. Solutions are packaged in polypropylene, plastic or glass jars up to palletized 2896 gallon liquid totes Special package is available on request.
