Working principle When the electromagnetic coil of the solenoid valve is energized, the moving iron core is attracted, driving the valve stem to move upward. At the same time, the spring is compressed, causing the valve stem to separate from the middle hole (pilot hole) of the valve core. The fluid in the upper chamber of the valve core is instantly depressed from the middle hole. After the pressure is depressed, the valve core rapidly rises upward under the action of the pressure difference between the upper and lower chambers, and the solenoid valve opens. When the coil of the solenoid valve is de-energized, the valve stem closes the middle hole of the valve core under the action of the spring force and pushes the valve core downward to seal the fluid outlet, thus closing the solenoid valve.

Product application: The fire-fighting dedicated solenoid valve is a dedicated matching valve for various automatic sprinkler fire extinguishing systems. It can be used to control rain systems, water curtain systems, water spray systems and pre-action systems. When a fire detects a fire signal and transmits it to the control box, confirming the occurrence of a fire, it will send an opening signal to the solenoid valve, thereby activating systems such as rain showers and water curtains. It can also be installed at the end of the rainwater system pipeline network to automatically detect the reliability of the system, and can be used in the automatic control systems of other oil, water and other systems.
